A receipt for your donation will be sent to you as required by law. Records pertaining to donors are required to be disclosed on campaign filing reports periodically throughout the year.
All donations in excess of $100 must be made by check.
Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name & mailing address for each individual contributor. Federal law also requires that Individual donors who make donations in excess of $100 must also provide the name of their employer and their occupation.
Please be aware that donations made to a PAC are not deductible for U.S. Income Tax purposes. Check with your personal tax consultant for additional details.
